 How to buy an artwork? - In 10 easy steps.

1. Go to www.tylkosztuka.pl - you will find yourself at the "Home Page" of our shop (this one with a huge slider).

Anytime you would like to return to "Home", click the pink button with a white arrow pointing up, on the left upper corner of the website.

2. There are four ways to start looking for an interesting artwork from “Home Page”:

a) select the "New artworks" or "Artworks on sale" (on the left, on top of the slider) to see what's new in tylkosztuka.pl!

b) use the "Menu” section on the left column, in which there are listed categories of artworks and choose one of them (Picture, Graphics, Sculpture, Photography, Other)

c) search for a particular author, using the window "authors" on top of the “Menu” section.

d) if you know exactly what you're looking for, type in the upper right corner of the page, an exact phrase (the labor code, part of the title, author's name).

Thanks to “Browsing options” you can set any price range of artworks, for example - up to 500, 1000 or 3000 zlotys. or you may choose particular artist, or do both things at the same time!

3. Click the preview or title of the chosen artwork to find out more about it.

4. Here, at the displayed subsite of the artwork of your choice, you are able to:

a) read more about the artwork (size, technique, date of creation, biographical note about the author)

b) select "ask about artworks" to for an e-mail contact with The Art Gallery Katarzyna Napiorkowska, this way you can obtain additional information about the artwork.

c) “recommend to a friend”, share it on your Facebook, so you can consult the purchase of with a trusted person and get to know the opinion of others on the artwork of this author.

d) Add your own comment

e) Purchase the work of selecting "Add to cart"

By moving your cursor over the photo, you may take a closer look, like you would have a magnifying glass!

 5. From the new window you will come to know that you were successful to add an artwork to your cart. If you do not intend to further continue shopping, select "Go to Cart".

6. In the form on the left, enter your contact details if you are not logged on already and be sure to accept the “Terms of use”. If you want, you can add a note, by which we can improve the functioning of our shop. Due to the unique nature of the artworks offered, please consider your purchases carefully.

7. In the next window, there will be order’s summary, now you just need to select your preferences about the way of delivery, form of payment and also you can active your discount code if you have one.

8. When choosing Allegro as your payment method, follow the instructions of the Allegro system. Payment by cash on delivery is possible only in one of our stationary galleries. Due to the uniqueness of the offered artworks, every order will be confirmed in each case in terms of availability of an artwork.

9. After ordering, The Art Gallery Katarzyna Napiorkowska prepares the artwork for you and afterwards, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order.

Shipping usually occurs the next business day from the date of order.

10. The artwork, with a certificate confirming its originality included, framed to hang on the wall, wrapped in paper and bubble wrap, will be delivered by courier to your home or you can pick it from us!
